These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Class/Representative Actions: You and Treadstone Property Solutions, LLC agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis; class, consolidated, or representative actions are not permitted.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name, phone number, and the date you first accepted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or participation in the SMS program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
